Thank you for your interest in vending outdoors at the 2008 Monroe County Fair.
This year's Fair brings a great deal of excitement, the initial phase of our multi-year enhancement and reconstruction of the fairgrounds is nearly complete. This is the second year that we will present the fair under our new footprint!
Based on what we learned in year one of our new footprint, we are updating the layout of the independent midway this year. Again this year, all outdoor locations will be sold at $45 per frontal foot and will be done in a first come, first served basis.

I may also request a photo of your booth. Once your application has been accepted, I will send you a contract via email as a pdf file. A signed contract, payment in full, Good Faith Deposit, Certificate of Insurance, Food Handling Certificate(food vendors only) and NYS Sales Tax Certificate are all required before your registration is complete.
You may not set up until fully registered. Please note, booth locations are assigned on a first come, first serve basis and may not be changed after July 8, 2008. All vehicles must be off the fairgrounds each day at least one (1) hour before the fair opens. Vendor/Exhibitor parking will be in designated areas only. Food Vendor Rental Information
Space Rent - (all prices include trash removal)
All Locations: $45 per frontal foot
Base Electric: $35 per 15 amps hook-up fee;
additional usage will be charged at $2.00 per amp hook-up.
Campers(Limited Space) - $15 per day;
includes electric & water where available
Good Faith Deposit - $100 (refundable at the end of the Fair if all aspects of Contract are fulfilled).
Space is "first come first serve".
